This series is pretty good, though I honestly didn’t expect them to give it a second run. The number of episodes increased, and I believe that was warranted because they were all quite entertaining. While the initial season served as an introduction, I quickly got into it. They introduced more characters, although the romantic elements haven't been fully explored yet. I have my own ideas about where things might be headed, but the final episode of this season left me wanting to know what happens next and eager for a third installment. The fact that they’ve renewed the show is great news; it will air later in 2017. I really like the actors involved. It wasn't solely about America Ferrera and Ben Feldman; each one of them made their mark with memorable characters. I think this could become one of NBC's best comedy shows. The way things concluded suggests a fresh start for the next season, but I hope they keep most of what makes it work, including all the characters, perhaps adding a few new faces as well. I didn’t review the first season before now, and I wanted to mention that it seems somewhat reminiscent of 'Employee of the Month,' although I've heard it was actually connected to ‘The Mindy Project,’ which also starred Ferrera. I haven’t seen that one yet, but it sounds interesting, and maybe I'll watch it sometime. Initially, I thought it would be suitable for all ages, but there are some jokes about sex—nothing too explicit, though. I think the show will only improve as time goes on and become successful like ABC’s ‘Young & Hungry.’ It is still a relatively new program with just two seasons, so I'd recommend that comedy fans start watching now to keep up with its momentum. 8/10
