Synopsis

A year had passed since Dean's departure from Purgatory, and though Castiel remained lost, Dean had returned. He was not alone; a mysterious companion accompanied him, one whose motives for escape seemed to run deeper than Dean could have imagined. Meanwhile, Sam struggled to reconcile the life his brother had built in absence with Dean’s unexpected reappearance.
