Synopsis

It had been four years since Sam and Dean helped Nora banish a demon that had been preying on women in a quiet town. They’d saved a postal worker named Jeffrey during the exorcism, but now it appears the entity has returned, seeking a second opportunity for destruction. The brothers seek out Jeffrey, who has remained in a psychiatric facility since the ordeal, hoping to glean any forgotten details of the demon's intentions from his time under its influence.
