Synopsis

Sam’s attempts to assist Dean in his struggle against the Devil are met with staunch resistance. He then awakens to a desolate landscape, five years hence. The world has been ravaged; Lucifer has initiated his final plan with the release of a virus that reanimates humanity into a grotesque, undead form.
