Synopsis

The wreckage of the car crash left the Winchesters shaken, and they made their way to the hospital. There, amidst the sterile scent of antiseptic, one of them found themselves shadowed by a Reaper, while the other wrestled with the agonizing possibility of self-sacrifice for the sake of their family.
