Synopsis

In a long-forgotten sanitarium, Sam and Dean uncover a grim history. During its operation, the patients rose in rebellion against the head doctor's brutal and arbitrary punishments. As the brothers explore the decaying building in search of four missing college students, the lingering spirits of those who suffered there begin to prey upon their minds, twisting their perceptions and driving a wedge between them.
