Synopsis

Lex Luthor absconded with a formidable weapon recently engineered by the military, intending to offer it for sale on the black market. Subsequently, while engaged in work within the Shuster laboratory, Luthor triggered an explosion; Superboy intervened, averting further disaster by expelling the noxious chemical fumes from the building.
