Synopsis

A sudden disruption has blocked a hot spring in Nagano, Japan, unexpectedly giving rise to several new ones. Donnie's Build-It Buddies have transformed this unforeseen event into an exciting new water park, designed for enjoyment by both humans and the local snow monkey population.
