Synopsis

A misdelivery sends Grand Albert's Telephoto Transformer to a boy named Marcel in Paris. When the camera inadvertently transforms a beetle named Hugo into a monstrous insect, it falls to Jett and Dizzy's Rescue Riders to save the city and the Eiffel Tower, shrinking the creature back to its original size.
