Synopsis

The malevolent Captain Nimoy schemes to submerge entire continents beneath the waves using nuclear warhead missiles, intending to establish dominion over this watery realm. He is assisted in his plot by an android duplicate of Batman, but with Superman and Wonder Woman currently engaged on a distant space mission, the Super Friends find themselves aided by Superman’s diminutive Kryptonian companions from the bottled city of Kandor.
