Synopsis

Driven by a peculiar solution to global resource scarcity, the eccentric Dr. Hiram Gulliver employed his miniaturization device to reduce all adults—including the Superfriends—to just two inches in height. His scheme, ostensibly designed to conserve resources, also served a more personal ambition: to remain at full size and oversee this diminished population of the world. Now, Green Arrow joins forces with the Superfriends, determined to thwart Gulliver’s plan and restore everything as it should
