Synopsis

The ninjas found themselves pitted against Checkmate, a villain of prodigious chess skill, who challenged them to deadly games played out on the checkered board. Their lives hung precariously in the balance. For Amanda, the sting of her first-ever failing grade – a mere A- – spurred a desperate need to excel in every other aspect of her life.
