Synopsis

Lisa's decision to propose to Malik leaves Tessa uncertain how best to offer support, so she seeks counsel from George. When Lisa's proposal falters, Tessa finds a renewed resolve to advocate for Ryan. Separately, George entertains a concern that his girlfriend Nora might be displaying discourtesy toward those she employs.
