Recent trends on TikTok suggest that the mineral content of water can influence both skin texture and hair luster. To explore this claim, we investigated popular water filters from Kitsch and Filterbaby, assessing whether using hard or soft water in daily skincare and hair care routines yields any discernible advantages.
