Synopsis

Dex confronted Artie Banks in a bid to dismantle the empire of Randall Tapper, a man of considerable wealth and influence in real estate. Separately, Detective Cosgrove spearheaded an inquiry to locate Wallace Kane, a prisoner who had escaped custody.
