Synopsis

Mr. Becker is dealing with personal difficulties and has temporarily entrusted Stromberg with the management of the department. Ironically, just at this moment, a visit from headquarters is announced: an assessment of the branches' efficiency is planned. It’s unfortunate that Stromberg had recently granted his employees a degree of autonomy. Ernie, for instance, is now allowed to bring a dog to the office and doesn't see why Stromberg would promptly revoke the permission...
