Synopsis

Having isolated extraterrestrial DNA from a specimen recovered on an asteroid, Dr. Piranoid attempted to saturate the entire planet with a mixture of this alien material and manta ray genetics. Responding to the president’s urgent request for assistance, the Street Sharks were dispatched into space to thwart his plan and neutralize the alien creature unleashed from the sample.
