Synopsis

Jesse disrupts a planned sale of valuable jewels, but a murderer intervenes, taking possession of the gems while posing as a police officer. This episode introduces an adversary previously unseen by Street Hawk—a cunning figure known only through clandestine phone calls, revealed to be the boss of the impersonating officers.
