This series really didn't work out very well. While it does present some genuinely inventive ideas and features impressive visual effects, a great deal of it is just too nonsensical to accept – for instance, there’s the situation where the characters find themselves in an underground laboratory with supposedly unbreakable polycarbonate windows that the creatures shouldn’t be able to damage; yet, they shatter. Then, later on, these same creatures are unable to pass through ordinary glass doors at the building's entrance! I wouldn’t suggest this show to anyone older than 12 years old.
