I thought the series had a promising beginning, personally. My fondness for science fiction initially drew me to it, but then the creative team shifted the emphasis from the core concept of "stitching" and investigating crimes toward numerous dramatic storylines that felt scattered and disorienting. Given my aversion to drama, this change was particularly frustrating. It's a shame, really; I believe the show had the potential to achieve significantly higher viewership numbers before it ended up being canceled.
