Synopsis

When a new neighbor moves in across the street, Bill discovers a kindred spirit in the newcomer. But the budding friendship is tested when Judy, feeling neglected, forces Bill to choose. Elsewhere, Tina's relentless imitation of Lauren's style puzzles her friend.
