Synopsis

The journey to another state, undertaken with Greg and Steven as companions, and culminating in a stay at a motel there, proves a crucible for Garnet. The lingering resentment she harbors toward Pearl's actions in the preceding episode finally fractures her, causing the fusion to unravel into its constituent gems: Ruby and Sapphire.
