Synopsis

Sharon found herself involved with a rapper, unaware he was actually the notorious Rubberband Man, recently freed from incarceration. This development did not sit well with Static, nor could Rubberband Man afford to focus solely on that complication; two formidable metahuman bounty hunters were relentlessly pursuing him.
