Synopsis

A series of drownings plague London's shadowy canals, and Harry joins his team to unravel the mystery. Their pursuit is shadowed by a rigid individual who holds no faith in redemption. Soon, Harry, haunted by addiction and the pull of chance, closes in on those responsible. But will he endure the consequences of his actions?
