Synopsis

Squidward expertly manipulates SpongeBob, convincing him he suffers from a peculiar affliction linked to laughter. He spins a tale of impending physical harm, warning SpongeBob that one further outburst of mirth within the next twenty-four hours might cause his very body to rupture.
