Synopsis

Determined to escape another year with SpongeBob as a student, Mrs. Puff grants him a passing grade through dubious extra credit and, reluctantly, awards him his boating license. She soon discovers the ramifications of her decision are far more dire than she imagined. When SpongeBob receives a new boat-mobile from his parents, Mrs. Puff resolves to take it for herself, setting in motion a series of events that will see SpongeBob determined to thwart her every move.
