Synopsis

SpongeBob yearned to bestow upon Patrick the most magnificent Valentine's Day present imaginable: a chocolate heart shaped hot air balloon. Sandy began transporting it to SpongeBob and Patrick at the Valentine's Day fair, but suddenly scallops descended upon the confectionary craft. SpongeBob was forced to buy precious time. Meanwhile, Patrick, consumed by anticipation for his gift, grew increasingly agitated, his excitement spiraling into disruptive behavior amongst the fairgoers.
