Synopsis

A pall fell over Gary when Squidward neglected his feeding, prompting a visit from a physician. The doctor administered medicine, instructing Squidward to give an injection. In a moment of carelessness, however, Squidward misdirected the dose, and the remedy found its way into SpongeBob’s system instead. A curious transformation followed, leaving the porous sponge irrevocably altered, now a creature of the garden path.
