Synopsis

SpongeBob believed that increased physical fitness would earn him more attention. However, he quickly discovered that exercise demanded considerable effort. He resorted to inflating his arms with air, creating a deceptive appearance of muscularity. The truth of his pretense was revealed when Sandy enrolled him in the annual anchor toss competition at Muscle Beach, exposing the hollowness of his fabricated physique.
