Synopsis

Caitlin has fallen for Tom, a man considerably older than herself; his daughter, Tracy, takes a keen interest in Charlie. Simultaneously, the Mayor grapples with the anniversary of his mother’s passing, until Carter introduces him to Christine, who brings unexpected brightness into his life.
