Synopsis

Mike arrived at Caitlin’s with the news that he'd found someone new. Simultaneously, the mayor was involved with a judge who remained legally bound to another marriage. Charlie urged him to end the relationship, but after speaking with Mike, he resolved to allow the mayor to follow his own heart. Charlie had managed to make an impression on Caitlin when Mike once again broke in, this time to announce his engagement.
