Synopsis

A high-profile lawsuit against the mayor forces Charlie to enlist the help of an old college acquaintance as his legal counsel. He soon finds himself caught in a difficult position, loyalties divided between friends when Scott displays an unwelcome interest in Caitlin. Elsewhere, Paul and Stuart find themselves rivals, vying for the attention of the same woman.
