Synopsis

Seeking distance from Claudia, Paul resolved to live in a college dormitory. Caitlin attempted to date following the end of her relationship with Mike, though her efforts proved largely unsuccessful. In response to public exposure for illegally occupying a designated accessible parking spot, the Mayor commissioned the construction of an access ramp.
