Synopsis

Caitlin instituted discreet background investigations for every employee at City Hall. Mike, Stuart, and Carter then broke into her office, intent on viewing the records. Separately, Caitlin joined Nikki and Janelle for their regular girls' night out. Meanwhile, the mayor received an offer to appear in a film being shot in New York.
