Synopsis

Preparations are underway for the Mayor’s annual costume ball. Meanwhile, Stuart attempts to end things with Deidre. Later, having arranged a meeting between Stacy and a city councilman in hopes of securing his support, Mike finds that Stacy is enjoying the situation—the councilman seems determined to play the part of a charming rescuer.
