Synopsis

Stuart persistently campaigned for the opportunity to share an apartment with Carter. Following a robbery at Carter’s residence, he found himself obliged to accept Stuart’s offer of companionship. Meanwhile, a rodent infestation within City Hall caused considerable disruption amongst the employees, extending its chaos even to Paul's cat.
