Synopsis

Mike proposed that the city staff participate in drug screening as a visible sign of support for the mayor’s newly launched initiative against substance abuse. However, following an unintentional encounter with ceremonial substances during a visit with members of a local Native American community, he now faces the unsettling possibility of failing the very test he championed.
