Synopsis

A fierce snowstorm descended upon Manhattan, triggering a cascade of chaotic events at City Hall. Mike battled the elements with a desperate hope to connect with his longtime infatuation before she left the city for good that night. Meanwhile, Paul inadvertently insulted the Mayor during a live radio broadcast; Carter and Stuart found themselves unexpectedly trapped within the boiler room; and an unidentified nudist was roaming freely through the Mayor’s office.
