Synopsis

For the Mayor’s fiftieth birthday celebration, Paul was resolved to secure the presence of his longtime friend, George Stephanopoulos. Meanwhile, Michael orchestrated heartfelt birthday greetings from David Letterman, Patrick Ewing, Al Michaels, Dan Dierdorf, Frank Gifford, Rosie O’Donnell, Larry King, and even the cast of *Rent*. However, as these arrangements unfolded, a scandal began to gather momentum, fueled by rumors of an affair between the Mayor and a staffer from the Governor's office.
