Synopsis

Driven by vengeance, Norman Osborn commissioned Spencer Smythe to construct a formidable device intended to vanquish Spider-Man – a fearsome creation known as the Black Widow Spider Slayer. However, an unforeseen complication arose when Flash Thompson, in jest, donned a Spider-Man costume for a party. The lethal machine, mistaking him for its target, seized Thompson and carried him away, effectively taking his place.
