The considerable praise surrounding this show is genuinely warranted. The only thing I can think of that even approaches its quality is *Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends*. I found it remarkable; the action sequences were excellent, and the storytelling really suited the character, particularly the Spider-Man from the 90s era. Frankly, the level of production is astonishing when compared to current animated series, and the narratives possess a greater depth and avoid talking down to young viewers than what’s common now. The show aired for four years, from 1994 to 1998, but its quality declined toward the conclusion of that period—a time when cartoons generally assumed children were capable of comprehending more complex ideas. It was truly wonderful.
