Synopsis

A long-standing adversary of Spider-Man, a specialist in radiation who once levitated the entire city of Manhattan, has been recently released from prison. He immediately returns to the city's nuclear power plant, disarming the outdoor security with a ray gun and once more seizing control of the reactor.
