Synopsis

Dr. Dumpty, a man whose ample frame suggested a life of indulgence, launched an assault on the city's celebratory parade. He deployed knockout gas, released from a swarm of balloons, while he and his accomplices, masked against the fumes, plundered the jewels of actress Rachele Wells. Their escape was as audacious as their crime: a swift departure aboard a hot air balloon.
