Synopsis

Dr. Irving Caldwell had engineered a helmet with the remarkable ability to levitate. This invention made him a target for Dr. Zap, a scientist of decidedly villainous inclinations. Dr. Zap sought to steal Caldwell’s creation, intending to replicate it for purposes of his own nefarious design.
