Synopsis

Dr. Von Schlick, a chemist of villainous repute, was pilfering vast quantities of oil. Clad in a peculiar, rubber suit designed to repel grease, he deployed petroleum-based bubbles, launched directly from his fingertips, in his illicit endeavors.
