Synopsis

Speed is recovering in a room at the National Hospital, while the President occupies room 1. Speed is situated in room 5, where Rudolph Elegantor offers his regards on behalf of Vice President Duper – a man whose features bear a curious resemblance to Hitler without the customary mustache.
