Synopsis

During the Monte Carlo Rally, a criminal commandeers the Mach Five. Later, Speed identifies the perpetrator as Mr. Fastbucks, a renowned gambler, though concrete proof remains elusive. Confronting him, Speed learns of the man’s audacious scheme: having amassed control of coal and rail networks, Mr. Fastbucks intends to trigger a global financial windfall by destroying the world's gas reserves. Instead, it is Mr. Fastbucks who is caught in the explosion.
