Synopsis

Deep within the most secluded confines of the National Science Institute, Professor Tower departs late that night, radiating an almost buoyant cheerfulness. The guards surmise he has completed his latest creation, a potent new ray christened the Mesmo. Suddenly, the Mach Five bursts onto the grounds at breakneck speed, leaping the perimeter gate. The alarm blares, but not before an armed burglar manages to pilfer several crucial documents. The following morning, in the Racer household garag
