Synopsis

From the base of a towering structure, Speed and his companion observe Twinkle Banks, the star of the Universal Circus, plummeting from the highest point. Later, at the circus itself, they witness Twinkle expertly maneuvering a race car, performing feats of breathtaking daring. A flicker of anxiety crosses her face as she struggles to maintain the vehicle's speed, and she swoons. Speed rushes to her aid.
