Synopsis

The pirate captain, known as the Buccaneer, and his crew descended upon Quasar in search of a long-lost treasure. They encountered the Herculoids and revealed their intentions, then employed the Herculoids’ hovercraft to aid in their quest. Their digging brought them dangerously close to a fault line, perilously near the dwellings of the Sand People. The Buccaneer seized Dorno, and later abducted Zandor when he attempted a rescue. Fortunately, Tara and Zok managed to free both Dorno and Zandor,
